Staff and students at Wilberforce Sixth Form College, are delighted to be getting ready to open their newly refurbished Restyle Hair Salon and Retreat Beauty Salon, later on this month.
Over the summer months the College has invested over £300k in a full expansion and renovation programme of their on-site hair and beauty training facilities. The salons have now doubled in size to accommodate the growing number of hair and beauty students wanting to study at Wilberforce. Budding beauty therapists and student hairstylists will now benefit from working in these modern, high tech environments, excellent preparation for starting careers in salons and self-employment.
Local salon owner, entrepreneur and former Miss Great Britain & Miss Hull Daily Mail, Saffron Hart, will be on hand to officially open the new facilities on Tuesday 16th October. Members of the local community, local therapists, stylists, salon owners and parents are invited from 4.30 pm-6.30 pm to view the new salons, talk to staff & students and find out about the various opportunities available.
