Results will be available in the Atrium and staff will be on hand with help and support where needed. For any results queries or post results enquiries please see the exams officer, Jade Allan. If a higher education place is at stake then please make sure you see Jade ASAP after collecting your results as all priority results enquiries must be submitted to the relevant awarding body no later than Thursday 23rd of August. This is a strict deadline and priority enquires will NOT be accepted after this date.
If you require advice, information and guidance on your options then our Careers and Guidance Manager, Sarah Didsbury will be available along with a team of staff who can assist with clearing and UCAS enquiries. Please make sure that you bring all of your UCAS information and logins with you on the day. We will also have University representative’s onsite for the duration of the day, they can offer additional AIG about your options.
If you are unable to come and collect your results in person then you can send a representative on your behalf. They must have a signed and dated authorisation letter from you stating their name and that you give your permission, they must also bring with them a form of their own identification. Text messages and phone calls will NOT be accepted. You may email the exams officer Jade Allan in advance to advise who will be collecting your results on firstname.lastname@example.org, the representative must still bring their identification with them on the day.
Certificates for the following courses will also be available for collection on these dates – Functional Skills English & Math’s, BTEC L2 & L3 1st & 2nd years and City & Guilds L1, L2 & L3.
A-Level & GCSE certificates will be available November/December 2018 and you will be contacted with a collection date via email/text.
