Right at the heart of the College campus you’ll find our light, spacious Atrium, designed as a meeting place and social space for all students. It’s where everything happens at lunch and break times such as charity fundraising events, student fairs and competitions. It’s also where our Media Wall is located, keeping everyone informed of what’s going on in College!
Student Services are based in Reception and they’re here to help you if you have an issue affecting your studies, your finances or your life. Student Services can also give you information about student transport, financial help, the college counsellors, absence procedures, references, exam certificates, plus a whole host of other issues that may crop up during your time at college.
Our coffee bar, Refresh opens at 8.30am. As well as a selection of speciality teas and coffees, hot chocolates and homemade cakes, Refresh serves up a range of sandwiches and hot snacks to suit all tastes.
Our main canteen, Refuel, serves a range of hot foods. The lunch menu changes every week, but it often features choices such as fish and chips, pasta, pizza, curries and jacket potatoes. Refuel opens at 8:15am, so you can get your breakfast here too. If you fancy a lighter option, we also have a salad bar which serves a range of paninis, sandwiches and various salads.
At the heart of the College is the Wilberforce Room – an extension to our Atrium. This room is dedicated to the memory of the work and values of William Wilberforce and provides a flexible space for college displays and events, and an all-year round gallery to display the outstanding talents of our student artists.
