Collection Process
Students collecting will need to bring photographic ID and will be asked to sign for their certificates. If students are not able to collect, they can send a representative on their behalf. The representative must bring with them a signed letter, confirming the representative's name and written consent to collect from the student, as well as their own photographic ID for the certificate to be released.
Important Information
We are only required to store certificates for a minimum of 12 months from the date of issue; however, we keep these for 3 years. If certificates are not collected by a certain date, they are securely destroyed. They cannot be reissued by us. If you require a replacement after destruction, you will need to contact the relevant awarding body directly and pay their replacement fee, so it is important that you collect your certificates and keep them safe.
