Thursday night saw our @ualawardingbody Music Performance & Production students absolutely smash their gig at the @the_adelphi_club 🎸
Not only did they perform, they managed, organised and executed the entire show themselves. Well done to all!
A special thank you to MEZ, lead singer of @lifeband and NHS Youth Mental Health Practitioner, for mentoring and inspiring our students along the way. Your support meant the world to them! ✨
The dedication and hard work of the second year students not only gave them a great industry insight, it also delivered an unforgettable night of live music for all who attended as well as raising funds for @papyrus_uk - an incredible charity supporting suicide prevention amongst young people. 🙌

As well as our college-wide event at the beginning of the month, some of our wonderful staff members have been growing some marvellous moustaches throughout, in aid of @movember and helping to spread awareness of men’s health issues including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and male suicide prevention.⭐️
Special shout out to Paul from the Employer Engagement team who did a reverse challenge and had his moustache, beard and head of hair auctioned off for the charity before he braved the shave in the Atrium! 💈

Dylan was on-hand in Engineering to talk about the T Level which he studies, as well as share his passion for robotics as he demonstrated the inner-engineering of a robotic arm. 🦾
Dylan intends to pursue a career within the industry after his T Level as he awaits the outcome of his application for a Robotics Engineer Apprenticeship with BAE Systems! As well as his studies and Upskilling commitments within college hours, in his spare time Dylan works part-time for @dockrobotics as a Project Engineer! ⚙️
