IN MEMORY OF PAT MOULD, CHAIR OF THE CORPORATION
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Chair of the Corporation, Pat Mould, who sadly died on 21 August 2026. Pat dedicated more than 31 years of her life to Wilberforce, having first joined the College’s Corporation in June 1995. In 1998, she became Chair – a position she held with great distinction for 28 years.

Principal Colin Peaks, the Corporation, staff and students of Wilberforce Sixth Form College extend their deepest condolences to Pat’s family, friends and colleagues.

🕣We can’t wait to welcome all new students for your first day tomorrow on Wednesday 2 September at 8:45am for your induction. We recommend getting here no later than 8:35am in order to find your way.
📲Please check your email for the correct room location for your first session if you haven’t received a text message!
⚠️We would like to apologise for a text message that was sent today regarding student induction to some former students who are no longer enrolled at the College, this was due to a system error. Please disregard the message if you are not due to start a course with us this academic year. To clarify, induction on 2 September is only for new students who are joining the College for the first time this year. We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.

A final farewell to our 2026 leavers 🎓
As another academic year comes to an end, we’re saying goodbye to an incredible group of students heading off to university, apprenticeships and employment.
On their last day at college, they enjoyed smiles, laughter and a lovely send-off from friends and staff, making it a truly special way to celebrate everything they’ve achieved during their time here.
