The Pathways Programme is uniquely designed to support students in achieving the next steps in their chosen careers. Whether that be at university, high-level apprenticeships or establishing their own business. The Pathways Programme gives students the knowledge, skills and experience they need to apply for competitive degree courses, apprenticeships and employment.

University Pathway
The development of skills required to gain a place at competitive universities, for example, Oxford, Cambridge or any of the Russell Group universities, including Medicine, Veterinary and Dentistry.

Apprenticeship Pathway
To gain the knowledge, skills and experience needed to succeed on
A degree level apprenticeship offered locally or nationwide
A competitive apprenticeship offered in Hull and East Riding

Entrepreneur Pathway
The developments of skills, knowledge and hands-on experience of what it takes to set up and effectively manage a business. This is for students who are thinking about running their own enterprise or want to gain industry insight into the careers involved with the effective running of a business.
