EXAM CERTIFICATE COLLECTION DAY π₯³
For the attention of Wilberforce Student Leavers, we will be holding an exam certificate collection day on Thursday 11 December 2025. Certificates will be able to be collected from the College`s Main Reception between 9am and 3:30pm for 2025, 2024 and 2023 Leavers.
Students collecting will need to bring photographic ID and will be asked to sign for their certificates. If students are not able to collect, they can send a representative on their behalf. The representative must bring with them a signed letter, confirming the representative`s name and written consent to collect from the student, as well as their own photographic ID for the certificate to be released.
Important: We are only required to store certificates for a minimum of 12 months from the date of issue; however, we keep these for 3 years. If certificates are not collected by a certain date, they are securely destroyed. They cannot be reissued by us. If you require a replacement after destruction, you will need to contact the relevant awarding body directly and pay their replacement fee, so it is important that you collect your certificates and keep them safe.
Any queries please contact exams@wilberforce.ac.uk

MOVEMBER AT WILBERFORCEπ₯Έ
As Movember comes to an end, weβre celebrating the incredible effort shown across our Wilberforce community π
Our Public Services students organised a brilliant awareness afternoon, where volunteers bravely shaved their facial hair and even their heads to spark conversations about menβs mental health, suicide prevention, testicular cancer and prostate cancer.
A huge thank you to our Hair & Beauty students for taking charge of the clippers and transforming our brave students βοΈ
We also want to give a massive shoutout to Patrick one of our Digital and Engineering teachers who has been fundraising through the month of November for this amazing cause as well. And to Joel, our Creative Media teacher who has been proudly growing his moustache in support of Patrick.

20/11/25 WEATHER UPDATEβ οΈ
The College Day will finish at 12pm, with all timetabled sessions during the afternoon cancelled to ensure that everyone can travel home safely ahead of busier traffic and further bad weather later today. Register marks will be amended accordingly.
We have organised for the Ellie Rose buses - routes W1 and W2 to collect students for their return journey at 12.30pm prompt. Students using all other College bus routes (Stagecoach) will need to use the public transport available if leaving early as they are unable to rearrange their services.
If you need to remain in the College until the end of the day, then the normal pick-up times still apply, with the exception of the W1 and W2 routes. The College will remain open until the end of the day for those that cannot facilitate leaving earlier and arrangements have been made for students to continue work.
Lunch will be still be served from 11.30am to 12.30pm.

LEST WE FORGET
Yesterday, our staff and students gathered in the Atrium to honour those who served.
Before the two minute silence, we were moved by original music composed by our Music aproduction students, pieces they created as part of their coursework, making this Rememberance Day even more meaningful.
A moment of silence, reflection and gratitude.
We will remember them πΉ
